What this feature actually is
Telehealth in HeyMed is a compact 1:1 video visit wired into the practice OS — schedule, message, admit, call, and outcome on one patient thread.
Platform operators wire Twilio Video once. Offices only see Enabled / Disabled. There are no API keys in the office UI. Recording is off by default.
Patients get an office-name-first join email with STOP and privacy in the footer. They wait in a waiting room; staff admit before a patient token is minted.
When the visit ends, duration, participants, and a short outcome note land on the CRM visit — not a Zoom sidecar the next clinician never opens.
