  1. Log in You need a HeyDental account. No account → create one / join the waiting list. Guests cannot buy seats.
  2. Choose seat count Inside the portal, set how many employees you are covering. You can attach names and emails later.
  3. Stripe Checkout The portal starts a Stripe Checkout session for $30 × seats / year. Card handling stays on Stripe.
  4. Track invites & use The system counts seats purchased, people invited, and people who started or completed training.
  5. Add seats later Need more people mid-year? Increase the count and pay only for the additional seats — no full rebuy.
